FIXING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Door to close in over serrated surface of aluminium.
  2. Threshold must be completely bedded down in mastic especially ends to prevent any water entering.
  3. Fit a drip set in exposed conditions.
  4. If there is weather stripping in the rebate, cut this back to allow the aluminium hard up against the rebate.
  5. Where you have a flush detail and not a step detail under the door, you can notch the aluminium 12mm into the rebate if you so wish.
  6. Take the sharp edge off the bottom of the door simply by a rub of sandpaper to prevent damage.   

FOR OUTWARD OPENING DOORS

  • Reverse the bar around.
  • Seal up the drain holes.
  • Fit a drip set on face of door.
