At Woodworkers, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted furniture or decor isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient home pickup; for smaller items, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item at our workshop, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
